A structural concept for an on-body hydration/recovery product, developed as a graduate capstone at ITESM Guadalajara — carried through the full physical modeling pipeline rather than stopping at render.

Level is a graduate concept project, not a shipped product — a self-directed brief to design and physically build a consumer product end to end, rather than stop at a rendered surface. The form is an ergonomic hydration/recovery stick sized to fit the hand during activity, with a faceted orange-and-grey shell that reads as sport hardware rather than packaging.
What made this project useful as a portfolio piece is the process behind it: the surface was developed in Alias, milled as a clay master model on a 5-axis mill, cast in epoxy fiberglass to get a paint-ready master, and finally thermoformed in ABS to produce a lightweight, presentation-accurate shell. That's the same sequence a structural packaging or hard-goods design role uses to move from CAD surface to something a team can hold, review, and correct before tooling.
It's included here as evidence of that full-pipeline fluency — CAD surfacing through physical model-making — applied to a hydration-brand-adjacent product, rather than as client work for Gatorade.
